Warrior 1 Wrestling in Oshawa THIS Sunday!

On Sunday June 26th Warrior 1 Wrestling debuts at The Oshawa Civic Auditorium with a main event featuring current TNA champion Raven taking on current Ring Of Honor Pure Wrestling Champion Samoa Joe with former WWE champion Mick Foley as the special guest referee. The show features a stellar line-up, including wrestling legends Mick Foley, Jimmy “Mouth of the South” Hart, Kamala and a host of other well-known names. The biggest independent wrestling event to hit Ontario this year, the show will also feature wrestling stars Gail Kim, Kid Kash, American Dragon, Chris Sabin, Team Canada (with Coach D’Amore), The New Church (Sinn and Slash) and many of Canada’s top wrestling talent. TV personality, Ed the Sock will also make a special appearance at the show, taking on Mick Foley’s SOCKO in what’s being billed as the first ever Sock vs. Sock match.

Tickets for the event are on sale now through Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.ca). VIP GOLD CIRCLE tickets are $45 (limited to the first 500) and include meet & greets with the wrestlers and a free, autographed poster. Doors open for VIP holders at 11 a.m. Floor tickets and RED section tickets are $30 and BLUE section tickets are $20. Doors open at 1 p.m. for all regular ticket holders and the show runs from 3 p.m.–6 p.m. The event will be taped by PWS for Pay Per View and DVD releases.

In addition, Warrior 1 and The Great Canadian Wrestling Expo are teaming up for a Rock ‘n’ Wrestling bowling event featuring many of the wrestlers, which will take place on Saturday June 25th from 6pm to midnight at Nebs Funworld (1300 Wilson Rd. North, Oshawa). The event will raise funds for The Sick Kids Foundation.
